Holistic Rehabilitation & Wellness Through Movement
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and live better through a holistic, personalized approach to care. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Mexico and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Arizona, I bring a strong foundation in human movement and evidence-based practice. I am also a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with advanced certifications in Functional Dry Needling, LSVT BIG, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Kinesio Taping, Myofascial Cupping Techniques, and Balance Training/Balance Teaching Certification.
My mission is simple: to help you accomplish your goals by utilizing every tool, technique, and insight I have to facilitate better movement, reduced pain, and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
During each session, I evaluate your movement patterns, identify the root causes of dysfunction, and create a personalized plan to help you move more efficiently and confidently. My approach blends detailed movement analysis with a wide range of hands-on and functional techniques, including joint and spinal mobilization and manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), muscle energy techniques (MET), myofascial and soft tissue techniques, functional dry needling, neuromuscular re-education, balance training and fall-prevention strategies, gait and running analysis, therapeutic exercise, and tailored home programs.
