Personal Training

An Integrated Approach To Fitness

As a trainer with ten years of experience, I have studied exercise physiology as well as human behavior change. I can help you get to the bottom of what truly motivates you and support you in hacking your personality to find movement challenging in a fun way. We can also use body composition measurements to truly evaluate fat loss and increases in muscle mass over time.

Additionally I am well versed in safe exercise for special populations, including (but not limited to) working with individuals with arthritis, chronic pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, low back pain, lymphedema, tendonitis, tendon and ligament tears, neuropathy, low bone density, low muscle mass, and poor balance.

My education includes:

  • Bachelor of Science - Northwestern University - 2015

  • Certified Personal Trainer - ACE

  • Corrective Exercise Specialist - NASM

  • Exercise Therapist - ISSA

  • Registered Yoga Instructor - Yoga Alliance

  • Nutrition Coach - Precision Nutrition

  • Onero Licensee - The Bone Clinic (for Osteoporosis + Low Bone Mass)

What to expect in our sessions:

Sessions are offered in three different durations: 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes (including tax).

30 minutes - $76

45 minutes - $114

60 minutes - $150

My speciality is hands-on, personalized coaching. Between sessions I check in with my clients (often multiple days a week). I also provide exercise programs to build upon our sessions. If you have a problem or goal we will get to the bottom of it. I will hold you accountable to truly see change...

For new clients, I ask for 8 session commitment for the first month. This is to ensure program safety, effective learning, and true transformation.

Have a trip coming up? No problem, we can adjust your training cadence to best support your unique lifestyle.
